Our Promise to You Every Womaniya piece is handmade — from weaving to stitching — by master artisans, and passes through a careful quality inspection before it leaves our hands. We take great pride in what we create for you, and if anything isn’t right, we want to know. No Return / No Exchange As all Womaniya garments are made to order and often customised to your preferences, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted especially for you — whether in terms of fit, finishing, or design details — which makes every order unique and non-returnable. We truly appreciate your understanding and support for slow, mindful fashion. Exceptions While we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference-related reasons, we will absolutely assist you if: You receive a damaged item You receive the wrong product There is a major manufacturing defect If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. How to Report an Issue The process is simple and handled directly over WhatsApp: Message us on WhatsApp at +91 91431 61829 Share your order number Send us clear photos/videos of the issue along with the opening video Our team will review it and get back to you at the earliest with the best possible resolution Resolution for Eligible Issues If your concern is found to be valid, we will offer one of the following: A replacement, if possible A store credit A refund, in case replacement is not available Any resolution will be entirely at Womaniya’s discretion after reviewing the concern. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces All our garments are made in limited quantities and many are produced only after your order is placed. Some pieces may also be adjusted or customised based on your requirements. Because of this, we are unable to accept: Returns for size issues if the order was confirmed as per your selected/custom measurements Returns due to change of mind Returns based on slight irregularities in weave, print, or handwork, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles Exchange requests for colour, style, or fit preferences after delivery A Note on Handcrafted Textiles Please note that slight variations in weave, motif placement, print, texture, or colour are not defects — they are a part of the beauty and uniqueness of handwoven and handcrafted pieces. These irregularities are what make every Womaniya garment one of a kind.
